By order of the Trustees, Andrew Weatherill, Director of Finance has announced that the Annual General Meeting of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport will be held at the Hilton Hotel, Wroclaw, Poland on Monday 4th June at 16:45hrs local time.
The meeting is to conduct the following items of ordinary business:
- To consider and if thought fit adopt the accounts for the year ended 31st December 2017 and the reports of the trustees and auditors
- To re-appoint Mazars LLP as auditors and to authorise the trustees to agree their remuneration
The following grades are entitled to attend and vote: Member, Chartered Member, Fellow, Emeritus Fellow, Honorary Fellow
