As a Chartered Fellow of the Institute, a holder of a PhD in Transport Management Technology, and Deputy Director of the Transport School at the Nigerian Institute of Transport Technology (NITT), I have had the opportunity to promote CILT Certificates, programs and training methods for CILT qualifications.

My role in the Institute has contributed to the development of facilities and resources for new skills, new technology, and human capacity building opportunities for the Transport and Logistics industry in Nigeria and Africa.

I am delighted with my appointment and responsibilities as the International Vice-President (IVP) of CILT in Nigeria. I now have a duty to work closely with the IMC to achieve the goals of CILT across the world. In this regard, I am determined to upscale Nigeria’s membership drive through encouraging the establishment of more CILT Branches and Chapters in Nigeria, as well as to giving my support and encouragement to CILT Next Generation and Women in Logistics and Transport (WILAT). I am convinced that this will facilitate a boost in membership profile and branch network in West-Africa and across the continent.
