Nlaliban currently runs Agriculture and More limited, a start-up integrated agribusiness that aims to feed the world by managing post-harvest loss after 15 years+ hands on working and consulting experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transport, Asset Management and Process Improvement in multiple industries.  

Having been first involved with CILT in 2004 where he enrolled in the International Certificate programme and gained MILT in 2007, he has since then actively served CILT at national, regional and international levels. Since then, he has served CILT Ghana on various planning Committees and Business teams. His work with the Young Professionals started in 2016 when he was appointed Convenor of the YP in Ghana which he currently chairs after being elected as the first substantive chair. Currently, he serves as the Regional Vice Chairperson for Africa where he provides leadership and coordinates all activities in support of the CILT growth strategy.
