I had joined logistics industry by accident but had felt in love with it. I was a finalist for Young Professional and Women in Logistics Award in 2018. Apart from representing NGs in Australia, I am taking voluntary roles in Committee in CILTA Victoria Chapter and Women in Logistics and Transport (WiLat) National Committee in Australia.

CILT has played an important role in developing my career, getting to know like-minded early careers and experienced professionals in the same industry across the globe. I am also very proud to see expanding and growing members in CILTA, and building a bridge connecting industry professionals and CILTA members. Being part of CILT family, I have support from regions to globe, and continuous education and learning opportunities through CILT platform.

Outside CILT, I have been passionate about innovative solutions, analysis and empowering teams. I am also a mentor in RMIT University and Professional Migrant Women, sharing skills, knowledge and connections to support people who need help.

I have 3 degrees from various Educational Institutions and speak multiple languages. Prior to coming to Australia, I lived in Brazil for one year and worked at East Timor for 2 years. I love to work with teams from diverse backgrounds and empower people through the sharing of ideas and differing viewpoints, motivations, and ensuring inclusive communication.

Through this role with Next Generation CILT, I would love to bring more people joining our journey and together we make changes.
