Please read the rules and requirements below carefully.

  • All nominations must be submitted online to CILT International.
  • Nomination(s) may be submitted either directly by the individual after being endorsed by their local CILT Branch Secretariat or directly by the CILT Branch
  • It is the responsibility of the nominee and/or CILT Branch to ensure that all information is submitted correctly and received by the submission deadline date. Entries that are incomplete, lost, stolen, late, delayed, misdirected, illegible, damaged, altered, irregular, destroyed, have been submitted through wrong means, or do not conform to or satisfy conditions of these Official Regulations will be disqualified.
  • All nominees will be required to answer the following questions when applying for the award.
    1. What is your personal motivation for applying to the Teete OWUSU-NORTEY Next Generation Africa Award? (250 words maximum)
    2. What project are you submitting for the Teete OWUSU-NORTEY Next Generation Africa Award? (250 words maximum)
    3. Describe how this project will positively impact the Next Generation network and what role you will play in this? (250 words maximum)
    4. Describe in practice how will you use your knowledge and experience gained so far to assist CILT? (150 words maximum)
    5. Describe your CILT journey so far? (200 words maximum)
  • The winner will be notified before the Africa Forum as they will be expected to accept the award in person at the awards ceremony on Tuesday, 25th April 2023 at the Africa Forum, Kigali, Rwanda. However, if you are unable to attend the Africa Forum you will be asked to provide the name of the person who will be collecting the award on your behalf.
  • All information submitted for the award will be kept confidential and will only be used by the Award Committee and its panel of judges for the purpose of selecting the winners for the Teete OWUSU-NORTEY Next Generations Africa Award.
