What is Next Generation?

Next Generation is a global membership network for future leaders in the logistic and transport industry. Part of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport, Next Generation gives people the skills, practical experience, and global connections they need to build their career and take the logistics and transport industry into the future.

What we do

We help nurture the next generation of logistics and transport leaders through mentorship programs, training opportunities, networking events, and expert talks and workshops from thought leaders. We’re proud to have more than 2,000 individual members in over 25 countries around the world.

We’re for anyone who is in the early stages of their professional journey in logistics and transport and wants the support of a global network to go further than they could alone. You might be studying at university or college, in your first job, or changing career after time spent in another industry.
