Alli GlandfieldHead of Administration and Governance

Alli has worked in office support services and administration for 40 years; the last 24 in events and partnerships for CILT(UK) – enabling volunteers, members and sponsors to collaborate.  She will support the Executive Secretariat team with ongoing progression, success and influence of CILT, taking overall responsibility for the day-to-day governance and administration associated with membership, communication and reporting across all country organisations and international committees. 

Outside of work, Alli is heavily involved in her local cricket team, as Honorary Secretary, she also enjoys watching any form of cricket from a test match to Sunday morning under-11s.  She is most looking forward to working alongside the whole International family and supporting Branches and Territories with their aspirations for growth and engagement.  Alli is an avid darts fan and looks forward to her annual visit to the Players’ Championship Finals – Minehead in November, what’s not to love?!
