EmpowerHER Forum: Celebrating Women’s Achievements in Kazakhstan’s Logistics and Beyond

CILT Central Asia celebrates women’s achievements at the EmpowerHER Forum, highlighting inspiring stories in Kazakhstan.

On December 12, 2024, CILT Central Asia proudly co-hosted the EmpowerHER Forum, a powerful conclusion to the year and a celebration of resilience, success, and women’s contributions to Kazakhstan’s progress.

This special event honored the 33 inspiring stories of women entrepreneurs featured in the book “Strength in Constraint.” These stories were collected to mark 33 years of independence for the Republic of Kazakhstan, symbolising the strength and determination that drives their nation forward.

Among these remarkable women, five were proud CILT members, whose achievements demonstrate the impact of perseverance and belief in one’s dreams. Their successes contribute not only to their personal growth but also to the development of Kazakhstan’s logistics and transport sector and beyond. As we continue to champion the advancement of women in logistics, transport, and beyond, we celebrate their achievements and the inspiration they provide to future generations – well done!
