Organised by The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport in Hong Kong, CILT International Convention 2026 will bring together professionals from around the world under the theme Global Corridors, Collaboration Excellence (環球通達、卓越合作).

Taking place from 20 to 24 September 2026 at the Hopewell Hotel, Hong Kong, the Convention will explore the trends, challenges and opportunities shaping the future of global logistics and transport while providing exceptional opportunities to connect with industry leaders and fellow professionals.

We are honoured to welcome The Honorable John KC Lee, GBM, SBS, PDSM, PMSM, Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, as Guest of Honour, alongside Ms Mable Chan, JP, Secretary for Transport and Logistics, who will deliver the Convention keynote address.

Technical visits

Technical visits form a key part of the Convention experience, giving delegates the opportunity to explore leading transport and logistics operations across the region.

Visits are planned to organisations including Airport Authority Hong Kong, Cathay Pacific, Hong Kong Air Cargo Terminals Limited, MTR Corporation, Citybus, the Logistics and Supply Chain MultiTech R&D Centre and Phoenix Wing SF, with additional visits across Macau and the Chinese Mainland.

Technical visit selection will open during Stage 2 registration in July 2026.

Registration is now open and is being released in two stages. The deadline for registration is 20 August.

Stage 1
Select your preferred Convention package and complete your registration through the Convention website.

Stage 2 (launching July 2026)
Registered delegates will be invited to select their preferred technical visits across Hong Kong, Macau and the Chinese Mainland.

A range of registration options is available, including full Convention packages, day attendance packages and tickets for selected Convention dinners.

Accommodation is not included within Convention packages.

Visa information

Participants are responsible for checking their own entry and visa requirements before travelling. Delegates wishing to participate in technical visits to Macau or the Chinese Mainland should ensure they have the necessary travel documentation before arrival.
