Imposter syndrome can affect confidence, progression and how women perceive their own achievements in the workplace, including those who have already reached senior leadership positions.

This WiLAT Lunch & Learn webinar will open up an honest conversation about imposter syndrome and the experiences of women navigating it throughout their careers.

The session will introduce what imposter syndrome is and how it can present itself at work, before bringing together four senior female leaders for a panel discussion exploring their own experiences.
