Exploring the Belt and Road Initiative

Nick Choi, Deputy Director, Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office (in Canada) and Ralph Chow, Regional Director Americas, Hong Kong Trade Development Council spoke to delegates at the 2016 International Convention of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT) about the Belt and Road Initiative.

The initiative was  spearheaded by the Chinese government,  designed to boost the economic, trade, investment and other ties of 65 countries across Asia, Europe and Africa. Nick Choi and Ralph Chow discussed how companies from around the world could leverage the Hong Kong platform to tap the opportunities
