Ian Smith joined CILT International as Secretary General in July 2025. He brings extensive leadership experience from across the transport, aviation, and not-for-profit sectors, with a longstanding involvement in CILT UK.
As Secretary General, Ian supports the International President, Council of Trustees, and global network in advancing the mission and strategic development of the Institute.
