Ishan Jayawardena is the Head of Customer Supply Chain at Nestlé Lanka, with over a decade of experience across procurement, planning, logistics, and customer collaboration. Having worked with leading FMCG multinationals including Fonterra, Unilever, and Nestlé, he has managed end-to-end supply chain functions in Sri Lanka, India, and Switzerland. His expertise spans demand and supply planning, digital transformation, distributor engagement, and global logistics optimization. Recognised for both technical excellence and people leadership, Ishan has led multiple innovations in automation, analytics, and customer service, while also mentoring the next generation of supply chain professionals through universities and industry forums.
