Celebrating Our Volunteer of the Month – Ms. Berna Ari MILT

Meet our February Volunteer of the Month: Ms. Berna Ari MILT, recognised for her leadership in advancing opportunity and collaboration within CILT Turkiye.

We are delighted to recognise Ms. Berna Ari MILT of CILT Turkiye as our Volunteer of the Month for February 2026.

Berna has played a leading role in developing strategic cooperation between CILT Turkiye and Mercedes Benz Türk as part of the “5,000 Women Drivers in 5 Years” initiative. Through her efforts, a powerful vision has been translated into a structured and employment focused model designed to create real opportunities for women entering the profession.

Her contribution demonstrates how volunteer leadership can drive meaningful industry impact. By connecting corporate partners, aligning strategy with action and supporting inclusive workforce development, Berna has helped strengthen both CILT Turkiye and the wider logistics and transport community.

This work reflects dedication, collaboration and a clear commitment to advancing professional standards while opening doors for the next generation.

We congratulate Berna on this well deserved recognition and thank her for the energy and leadership she brings to CILT.

Who can be nominated?

The Volunteer of the Month award honours the dedication and contributions of members who serve CILT in a voluntary capacity, generously giving their time, skills and passion to support our community and mission.

Eligible nominees are:

All members actively involved in CILT initiatives, events or projects as volunteers
Individuals who make a meaningful impact through their voluntary service

If you contribute your time and talents voluntarily, we want to recognise and celebrate you.
