In collaboration with Advanced Assessments & Training, CILT South Africa has launched an internship programme designed to equip unemployed young people with the practical skills, industry experience, and regulatory knowledge they need to transition into the workforce with confidence and purpose.

CILT South Africa is inviting businesses to join the initiative by hosting interns for a 12-month period. By participating, companies will help develop the next generation of skilled professionals, contributing to the broader efficiency and compliance of the freight forwarding and customs industries. Interns will receive in-depth training on customs and freight regulations, international trade policies, and industry compliance before being deployed to assist your team. The training prepares them to take on tasks such as shipment registrations, customs declaration processing, data capturing, and other important logistics duties.
