Expanding Professional Training Opportunities in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq

We are pleased to share an important milestone for the supply chain, logistics and transportation profession in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT) is proud to see its internationally recognised qualifications now being delivered in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq through our partnership with the Emergency Logistics Team and the University of Sulaimani.
This initiative was formalised through a Memorandum of Understanding signed between the University of Sulaimani and the Emergency Logistics Team, the official CILT training provider in Iraq. Together, they will work to deliver world-class education programmes that strengthen professional standards, build local expertise and support the long-term development of the region’s supply chain, logistics and transportation sector.
Why CILT Qualifications Matter
CILT qualifications are recognised globally and designed to support professionals at every stage of their career. From entry-level learners building foundational skills to senior leaders seeking advanced strategic knowledge. By studying with an approved provider, learners in Iraq and beyond can gain internationally accredited qualifications that enhance their career prospects and contribute to raising industry standards.
