Notice of the 2025 CILT International Annual General Meeting

CILT announces its 2025 AGM on 14 September in Colombo and via Zoom, covering reports, finances, audit, and revised Bye Laws. Voting open to senior grades.

By order of the Trustees, Roxana Glover, Director of Finance, has announced the Annual General Meeting of The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport will be held in at the Cinnamon Life City of Dreams Hotel, Colombo, Sri Lanka on Sunday 14 September 2025 at 10.00 hrs (local time). The meeting will also be held via Zoom to conduct the following items of ordinary business:

  1. To consider and, if thought fit, adopt the minutes of the 2024 AGM meeting
  2. To consider the Report of the Council of Trustees for the year
  3. To consider and, if thought fit, adopt the Financial Report for the year ending 30 September 2024 
  4. To consider the outcome of the audit tender and Appointment of an Auditor for the Annual Report and Accounts Year ended 30 September 2025 and to authorise the Trustees to agree their remuneration
  5. To approve the revised proposal for new Bye Laws
