Welcoming Dianah Nassimbwa as Global Chairperson of CILT Next Generation

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Dianah Nassimbwa as the new Global Chairperson of the CILT Next Generation Forum.
Dianah brings to the role a wealth of experience in transport policy, infrastructure, and inclusive mobility. Her career spans consultancy, advisory, and academic work across both African and global contexts. She has been actively involved in championing young professionals within the sector and is passionate about the role of supply chain, logistics and transportation in achieving sustainable development goals.
Her leadership comes at a pivotal time, as CILT Next Generation continues to grow its global footprint, now representing over 2,000 members across 32 countries. As Global Chairperson, Dianah will lead the Global Steering Committee and act as a key link between local chapters and CILT International. She will help shape the Forum’s strategic direction, champion engagement, and promote the development of emerging professionals across our industry.
CILT Next Generation provides students and early-career professionals with opportunities for mentoring, networking, and leadership, preparing them to become the Institute’s future leaders. Dianah’s vision and international experience will be instrumental in taking this mission forward.
