Mohammad Kashmoula is an experienced education, curriculum and quality assurance professional with a strong academic and professional background in operations, logistics and supply chain management.

As Curriculum Design and Quality Assurance Manager at CILT International, Mohammad supports the development, review and continuous improvement of CILT qualifications and learning materials. His work includes assessment design, internal and external moderation, provider guidance and strengthening quality assurance processes across CILT’s international network.

A key focus of Mohammad’s role is connecting the learner, training provider and CILT service journeys to support the consistent delivery of qualifications worldwide. Working closely with colleagues, training providers and international stakeholders, he helps to promote high standards, share good practice and build a culture of collaboration and continuous quality enhancement.

Mohammad holds BSc, MBA and MRes qualifications, is a Chartered Member of CILT and is currently completing his PhD. His wider experience includes higher education teaching, curriculum development, assessment, moderation and supporting the delivery of professional qualifications.
