CILT North America

Tiara is the North America Regional Chairperson and a member of CILT North America. She works as a Logistics Analyst within Domestic Operations at Distribution By Air, supporting its Kansas City and Greenville Spartanburg operations. She has worked in the logistics sector for more than a year and is continuing to build her professional experience across domestic supply chain operations.

Alongside her role, Tiara is a second year Bachelor of Business Administration student at the University of Missouri Kansas City, with an emphasis in Supply Chain Management. She is particularly interested in understanding how businesses operate internationally and learning more about the different practices, approaches and cultures that shape logistics and supply chain management around the world.

Outside work and study, Tiara regularly volunteers at events across her city. Her recent roles have included serving as a Host City Ambassador for the 2026 World Cup in Kansas City, and she will also volunteer at an upcoming TEDxKC event.
