On behalf of The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT) International Vice President – Africa, Chairman of Africa Forum, and the Chairman CILT – Tanzania, you are invited to attend the 2015 CILT Africa Forum scheduled to take place in Arusha, Tanzania from 4th – 6th March 2015 at The Mount Meru Hotel.
The Africa Forum which seeks to bring together all member countries in Africa and other delegates from CILT member countries worldwide to network and discuss pertinent supply chain, logistics and transport issues confronting the African continent; will see seasoned professionals in the industry and academia deliver various papers on the theme “Contemporary Issues on Logistics and Transport in the 21st Century”.
You are kindly advised to complete the registration form here and return to us immediately so as to arrange accommodation you have selected on your behalf. In addition to Mount Meru Hotel where the conference will be held, additional list of hotels and Guest Houses have been indicated on the registration form, from which you are to make a choice.
The Africa Forum registration fee per participant is indicated in the registration form and includes internal logistics, one way airport transfer, lunch, refreshments & conference stationeries. We have arranged for internal transport between the conference venue and the other accredited hotels should you choose not to live in Mount Meru Hotel. Arrangements are being made for delegates to visit Ngorongoro Conservation Crater one of the world’s wonders. Details will follow later.
Member countries that may require entry visas are advised to forward to CILT – Tanzania firstname.lastname@example.org list of members attending the conference to enable us issue individual invitation letters to this effect in good time.
