CILT Zimbabwe will bring together leaders from across government, industry, academia and the wider profession for the National Transport, Logistics & Infrastructure Conference 2026 at Victoria Falls.

Under the theme Driving Sustainable Transport, Logistics Excellence & Infrastructure Development for Economic Transformation, the three day event will explore how innovative, sustainable and integrated approaches can strengthen Zimbabwe’s transport and logistics systems, support regional connectivity and contribute to national economic growth.

The conference provides a national platform for transport leaders, logistics professionals, government officials, infrastructure experts, investors, academics and development partners to exchange knowledge, explore opportunities and contribute to the future direction of the sector.

Conference themes

The programme will explore eight key areas:

  • Sustainable transport systems
  • Smart mobility and digital transformation
  • Supply chain resilience
  • Infrastructure financing
  • Border efficiency and trade facilitation
  • Green logistics
  • Public private partnerships
  • Road safety and transport governance

Across the programme, discussions will consider the role of investment, technology, policy and collaboration in improving logistics efficiency, developing infrastructure and enabling more effective transport corridors within Zimbabwe and across the wider African region.

The first two days will feature conference sessions focused on policy, infrastructure, economic transformation, logistics excellence, innovation and future mobility. An optional tourism experience will follow on the third day.
