Negotiation is a dialogue where two or more sides work together to reach an agreeable solution for all involved. It is a type of discussion to settle disputes and reach agreements between two or more parties. This compressed workshop explores concepts, the ground work required, the techniques to apply, the strategies to identify and reach mutual gain.
