The Pegasus Award

The Pegasus Award is one of CILT’s most significant honours. It recognises individuals who have made an outstanding and sustained contribution to the Institute through leadership, service and commitment to our global mission.

About the Pegasus Award

Established to honour exceptional service within CILT, the Pegasus Award is presented each year to an individual whose contribution has had a sustained and meaningful impact across the Institute. Recipients reflect CILT values in action and demonstrate leadership, integrity and long-term commitment to the profession. The award is overseen by CILT International and approved annually by the Council of Trustees following recommendations from senior members of the Institute.

2025 Recipient – Paul MacDonald

Paul MacDonald has been recognised with the Pegasus Award for 2025. His long-standing service to CILT, together with his leadership and dedication to strengthening the Institute internationally, make him an outstanding recipient of this year’s award.
