CILT Mauritius Announces New Managing Committee for 2026–2027
CILT Mauritius has announced the formation of its newly elected Managing Committee for the 2026–2027 term, marking the start of a new chapter for the branch as it continues to support the development of logistics, transport and supply chain professionals across the region.
The appointments follow recent elections within the institute, with the new committee bringing together a mix of experienced leaders and active members committed to strengthening the institute’s presence and impact in Mauritius.
Managing Committee 2026–2027
The following members have been elected to lead CILT Mauritius for the upcoming term:

Together, the committee will oversee the institute’s activities, governance and strategic direction over the next two years.
Committee and Forum Leadership
Alongside the core committee roles, several appointments have been made to support key initiatives within the institute.
Mr Narad Dawoodarry has been appointed Chairperson of the Membership Committee, where he will lead membership engagement and oversee corporate relations. The Membership Committee will also include Mr D. Appadu, Mr Karan Emerit, Mr Dheerajsingh Bhangroop, Mr Vikramsing Gungah and Mr Mohinish Ramburn.
CILT Mauritius continues to support the institute’s global professional forums, with the following appointments:

New Sub-Committees Established
In line with the Association’s Rules, the Managing Committee has also established two new sub-committees designed to strengthen professional development and member engagement.
The Sub-committee on Training, Education and Professional Development, chaired by Mr Vikramsing Gungah, will focus on expanding learning opportunities and strengthening professional capability across the logistics and transport sector.
The Sub-committee on Events, Conferences, Communications and Public Affairs, chaired by Mr Dass Appadu, will support the planning of industry events, conferences and communications initiatives to further promote the work of CILT Mauritius and engage with the wider professional community.
These developments reflect the institute’s continued commitment to building a strong and active professional network within Mauritius while contributing to the global CILT community.
Across its international network, CILT works to support the growth of transport, logistics and supply chain professionals through collaboration, professional recognition and access to education and development opportunities.
