Women in Logistics and Transport (WiLAT) share the 19th edition of their global newsletter.

The 19th edition of Wings of Change is now available, offering a fresh look at the people, conversations and developments shaping the global WiLAT community.

This latest issue features leadership updates, reflections on International Women’s Day 2026, member and regional news, industry insight, and an exclusive interview with CILT International President Jan Steenberg FCILT. It also celebrates the continued work taking place across the network to support, connect and elevate women in logistics and transport worldwide.

Women in Logistics and Transport (WiLAT)

WiLAT is the international women’s forum within the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport. Since its formation in 2013 WiLAT has gone from strength to strength, and now supports over 3,200 members through 38 national chapters.
