Notice of the 2026 CILT International Annual General Meeting

The CILT International Annual General Meeting will take place in Hong Kong on Monday 21 September 2026. All members are welcome to attend, with Chartered Members and Chartered Fellows eligible to vote.

By order of the Trustees, Paul Macdonald CMILT, Secretary General, has announced that the Annual General Meeting of The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport will be held on Monday 21 September 2026, commencing at 15.00 local time in Hong Kong.

The meeting will take place at:

Salon, 20/F
Hopewell Hotel
15 Kennedy Road
Hong Kong

Members may attend in person or via Zoom.

The meeting will conduct the following items of business:

To consider the minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on 14 September 2025 in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
To receive the Report of the Council of Trustees for the year.
To receive the Annual Financial Report for the year ending 30 September 2025.
To reappoint Bishop Fleming as Auditor for the Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ending 30 September 2026.
To consider items proposed by members. Proposed items must be submitted by 27 August 2026 by emailing info@ciltinternational.org.
To consider any other business.
