CILT International welcomes new Curriculum Design and Quality Assurance Manager
CILT International has welcomed Mohammad Kashmoula CMILT to the International Secretariat team as Curriculum Design and Quality Assurance Manager.
Mohammad brings extensive experience across education, curriculum development, assessment and quality assurance, alongside a strong academic and professional background in operations, logistics and supply chain management.
In his new role, Mohammad will support the development, review and continuous improvement of CILT International qualifications and learning materials. His work will also include assessment design, internal and external moderation, provider guidance and the continued strengthening of quality assurance processes across CILT’s international network.
A key area of focus will be connecting the learner journey, training provider journey and CILT service journey to support the consistent delivery of qualifications worldwide. Mohammad will work closely with colleagues, training providers and international stakeholders to promote high standards, share good practice and support continuous quality enhancement.

Mohammad joins CILT International during a period of continued development across its education and professional development provision.
Following consultation with stakeholders across the global network, CILT has recently introduced new modules in Green Logistics and Sustainability, Digital Supply Chains and Technology Transformation. These additions respond to the changing skills needs of the logistics, transport and supply chain profession and are being supported through dedicated Train the Trainer sessions across CILT’s international network.
Mohammad’s appointment will support this ongoing work and CILT International’s wider commitment to maintaining relevant, consistent and high-quality qualifications for learners and training providers around the world.
Mohammad holds BSc, MBA and MRes qualifications, is a Chartered Member of CILT and is currently completing his PhD. His wider experience includes higher education teaching, curriculum development, assessment, moderation and supporting the delivery of professional qualifications.
